Right now if we just talk to the <br />state people it may not get passed on to the contractors. <br />People addressing Council: <br />Mr. Chuck Blogna, 5197 Hampton Drive, addressed Council regarding the flooding <br />conditions in his area. Lengthy discussion by Members of Council and <br />Administration ensued. Suggestions were given and same will be followed up. <br />Mr. Ivan Susic, 5183 Hampton Drive, addressed Council with respect to the <br />flooding conditions in his area and asked that building be halted in that <br />area until this problem is resolvaxl. Discussion ensued. re of Council <br />and Law Director Gateau gave comsnts. <br />Mrs. Barbara Hess, 4604 Ashbury Lane, addressed Council in regard to her <br />experience in another County regarding a building b~; also rsgrasstsd the <br />Service Department to check the ditch behind Gold Circle on a regular basis <br />for stagnant water, rubbish, etc. Sanm will be referred to BuiYding Department. <br />Mr. Delmar Ernest, 30106 Lorain Rd., addressed Council; referred to long range <br />plan for Metro Park System and suested our Engineer get in touch with Metro <br />Park System Bngineer for possibility of developing a pond. <br /> <br />
