Couacil Minutes of 8-X7--76 <br />-9- <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Beringer stated she has been approached by soseot-e regarding the rules <br />of the Park with respect to arrn ~eearng teo T-Shirts and it is 1~r understanding <br />it is very difficult to enforce this. Rsquestod the pos:ibility of looking into <br />ease. President Lampert referred same into Recreation cosal,ttee. <br />Mrs. Beringer said now that Cedur~rood sad Ashton Circle are to be dedicated, <br />she has a request for a three wsy step sigh to be installed at Cedarwood & <br />Bre~an and requested this be tslssa ts~to C~s3atee. Also, re in the <br />new developsent there is a dratna~e tech sad there is as inter+ssted buyer <br />and they want the buyer to culvert tots ditch thas~selves; amd perhaps there <br />is a possibility that the bulc~r sigi~t do th#s. Would like to sdce sure <br />before it is dedicated if there is any ditch that has to be culverted that it <br />is. <br />President Lampert referred to P~ycr's report on Public Works funding and referred <br />same into Recreation, Public Parks ~ Buldiags Com®ittee. <br />President Lampert referred request of sirs. Beringer for funding for resurfacing <br />of Clifford Drive into Fitrnance Cvssti.ttee. <br />Mr. West coved the priority of $13011. for the restoration of 3ee3cins Cabin <br />stand, seco~ted by Ptr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehe~er, Goggin, <br />Beringer, Sharpe, West. Potion carria~l. <br />Mr. Boehser coved to excuse absence of Mr. Wiiaswsky, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, BoePwer, Goggin, Beringer, Blurpe, hest. Motion carried. <br />Mr. West moved for ad~ourssent, s+sccxulsd by Mr. Boebser• Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Goggin, Sariuger, Bharpe, tirst.
