Members of R'TA were put here and discussed this and Mr. Beaty believes it was pretty mueth to everyone's satisfaction; 3) on Jug 14, Mr. Beaty met with the Mpyor and a Huber of people at RTA. There were coHplaints about the mi~i~t rte which has been csacelled coeeing from town out to the Couetty Line - there are a number of psople vho work on late shifts and are being cut off of this service. At Chia tithe RTA hss agreed to run a bus until they can work out a better systatH. Ondsr the Haar system riders will transfer two tires and hsve thrate differ+eat rides. This extension is taaporpxy until RTA can cover theH in ae~re other way. Mrs. Sarr asked about resolution referred to at last Couscil Meeting to let RTA knoir that we question whether these are ie@rove~tsnts poi this would be a trial basis. Mr. Beaty explained in discussion with the Lams Director the rssolution ~rould not have as irpact. Jarsa McCarthy, 28328 Dmuglps Drive, for appointrent to the Board of Building Coda Appeals -term expiring 12/31/77. Mr. Boeluser moved for approval of appointrent of Mr. Jarea McCarthy to the Board of Building Code Appeals far terH expiring 12/31/77, seco~ed by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, BoehHer, Gaggin, iffiest. Negative vote: Springer, Sharpe, WilaHOSky. 4 Yeaa - 3 Npys - lsotion carried. Mr. Boehmer scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Cast6ittee Meeting on June 17, 1976, 8:00 P.M., City Hall. Mr. Wilsky, Chairman Fittantce Coanittee, and Long Range Planning Cosstittase, reported the Finance Coo^tittee mat and discussed request by Service Director that line item in bus line appropriation "rapsir asid raintenance" be ircreatsed because it is very lop asd Corwittee has no objections to Ord. No. 76-92 which provides for this particular line item; 2) Caamittee was prepared to discuss a request from Safety Director Carnahan for funds to demolish a barn on Root Bd. but prior to Heating Safety Director Cpl advised that the property owner contacted hiH and advised hiH that he Hill pay far the demolition out of his own fuctds.
