As Council Representative on Recreation Coaaission, Mr. West reported the Recreation Coaaission took following action: Because of so arty coaplaints ~'sceived with respect to the charge of 7Sp per court to partially offset the hiring of an attendant to see that people just use the court for one hour, etc., at Clagae Yark and Borth Olasted Park, that the t~ession decides to do away with the charge at these two parks. Discussion ensued. Mr. Jim Clark, 24397 Maria Lane, addressed Council regarding street lights for Maria Lane and requested sacs, giving reasoe-s therefor. Discussion enswd. Mr. Clark discussed with Service Director Caster what the City's intention is regarding the people that haws to disconnect their downspouts that have been flowing into the sanitary sewers. Discussion ensued. Mrs. Julia Brown, Bvergreen Drive, read statement on behalf of a nuai-er of persons who could not be in attends:atce, conveying their thanks to Adatnistration and Council Maabers who warn instrworsntal in arranging a siseting with 8TA to go over a particular sch«lule problea and having it resolved. All schedule probieas have not been resolved lrt it is hoped same will be. Mr. Frank Pinkh~, 6595 Barton Rd., addressed Council with respect to house next to his which was built with the garage door on the side facing his bedrooet window and effects thereof; also discussed city ordinances, etc. Discussion ensued with Law Director Gateau and Mr. Pinkham. Mr. Ron Simaerly, 26859 Lee~ulers Lane, addressed Council with respect to street- lights on Brookpark Extension and discussed environaental effects of Gold Circle, sublot #33 in his dewalopmsant and street lights on Brookpark Extenson• Lengthy discussion ensued by Mr. Boelursr. Mrs. Saringer also coes~ented on street lights on Brookpark 8xtension; how agreements reads and her views on save. tee; Mr. J. Saucer, 30399 Lorain Rd., addressed Council regarding variance granted by Board of Zoning Appeals for parking Places for a skating risk in the three hundred block of Lorain Rd.
