Mrs. Saringer discussed ber rsgvest for a sign to be posted <br />asking people to licit their tine to an boor and if this could be done. i~ir. West <br />explained this was discussed and will try to have a sign ands up by the Service <br />Departaent. <br />People addressing Council: <br />Mr. Don Sabath, 3195 West 23Dth Street, addre:sed Council regarding the new <br />scheduling of bus line end 8a~ his views with respect to the proposed ccella- <br />tion of late runs frost dowi-town; feels it is a cut in service atal u=~Ci the <br />Transportation Committee to go back to RTA and get tiaras late lines back. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Mr. Jim Clark, 24397 Maria Lane, addressed Council regarding street lights for <br />Maria Lane and requested sacs, giving reasoe-s therefor. Discussion enswd. <br />Mr. Clark discussed with Service Director Caster what the City's intention is <br />regarding the people that haws to disconnect their downspouts that have been <br />flowing into the sanitary sewers. Discussion ensued. <br />Mrs. Julia Brown, Bvergreen Drive, read statement on behalf of a nuai-er of <br />persons who could not be in attends:atce, conveying their thanks to Adatnistration <br />and Council Maabers who warn instrworsntal in arranging a siseting with 8TA to <br />go over a particular sch«lule problea and having it resolved. All schedule probieas <br />have not been resolved lrt it is hoped same will be. <br />Mr. Frank Pinkh~, 6595 Barton Rd., addressed Council with respect to house next <br />to his which was built with the garage door on the side facing his bedrooet window <br />and effects thereof; also discussed city ordinances, etc. Discussion ensued with <br />Law Director Gateau and Mr. Pinkham. <br />Mr. Ron Simaerly, 26859 Lee~ulers Lane, addressed Council with respect to street- <br />lights on Brookpark Extension and discussed environaental effects of Gold Circle, <br />sublot #33 in his dewalopmsant and street lights on Brookpark Extenson• Lengthy <br />discussion ensued by Mr. Boelursr. Mrs. Saringer also coes~ented on street lights <br />on Brookpark 8xtension; how agreements reads and her views on save. <br />tee; <br />Mr. J. Saucer, 30399 Lorain Rd., addressed Council regarding variance granted <br />by Board of Zoning Appeals for parking Places for a skating risk in the three <br />hundred block of Lorain Rd.
