An Ordin~tce establishing <br />compensation to be paid to the maintenance employees of the North Opted Municipal <br />Bun Line, repealing Ordinance No. 76-11 eructed February 3, 1976, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Beaty explained the changes contained in <br />the legislation and reasons why sus~nsion is requested. A Resolution authorising the <br />Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of the parkirng <br />lot area at the North Olmsted Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Coggin moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by <br />Mr. bleat. Mr. Coggin explained the time factor involved in going out far bids <br />so the job can be done during good weather and the fact that this is the last <br />regular meeting before Summer recess.
