<br />Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of the parkirng
<br />lot area at the North Olmsted Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. Mr.

<br />Mr. bleat. Mr. Coggin explained the time factor involved in going out far bids
<br />so the job can be done during good weather and the fact that this is the last
