<br />Bun Line, repealing Ordinance No. 76-11 eructed February 3, 1976, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Beaty moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. West. Mr. Beaty explained the changes contained in

<br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for the
<br />purchase of traffic control signs and posts for use in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Resolution No. 76-96 was introduced by Mr. Coggin. A Resolution authorising the
<br />Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of the parkirng
<br />lot area at the North Olmsted Recreation Center and declaring an emergency. Mr.
<br />Coggin moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by
<br />Mr. bleat. Mr. Coggin explained the time factor involved in going out far bids
<br />so the job can be done during good weather and the fact that this is the last
