<br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of n+c+tas in anticipation of the levy and
<br />collection of special assess+sssits and is ;smtieion of the issuance of bonds
<br />to pay the property owners' pertioa, amd also to pay the City's portion, of the
<br />cost of replacing and repairing concrete std+ritalks at sundry locations in the City,
<br />and declaring an emergency.

<br />Ordinance No. 76-84 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance authorising
<br />the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose
<br />of imgroving the recreational facilities of the City by constructing a building
<br />housing an ice skating rink, s~igg pool, texmis courts aiacl appurtee~tt facilities,
<br />constructing a toboggan slide, acquires, e~svelaping and improvia-g the site therefor,
<br />and providing furnishings and equp~rsnt fc~r such xecreation center and grounds,
<br />and declaring an e~aergency. Mr. Wils~sky moved for suspension of rule requiring
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Mr. Wilamoskq explained suspension
<br />of rule is being asked because the current outstanding notes are maturing on
<br />6-11-76 and theq have to be issued by that date. Roll Call an Motion: Affirmative

<br />it necessary to imgrove Mill Road from Porter Road to Dover Center Road by
<br />constructing a concrete sideosralk, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringesr
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, secoACled by
<br />Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boebmer, Coggin, Beringer, Sb~ar~, West,
<br />Wilamosky. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Coggin. A€f'irastive

<br />Ordinance No. 76-86 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Stephen
<br />Docy for the cc~l~ection of trash, commonly known as whits metals, within the
<br />City of North Opted, and de~clarag an emergency. Mr. West moved for s'sion
