Subdivision No. 2 <br />in the City of North Opted. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. West asked Service Director Caster status on delivery of new buses. Mr. <br />Caster stated delivery is supposed to bt in October. <br />Mr. Wilamosky referred to discussion with respect to the home on Westminster Dr. <br />and has given this caasideration and he, far one, would like Couxtcil to show <br />some support of the action of tits Administration by requasting the Building <br />Department to look into the matter end is asking Council sport. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved that Council direct and support the action of the Administration in <br />directing the Building Department to make aft inspection of this property. President <br />Lampert suggested to make it general; to ask all parcels be inclu~l rat>uer than <br />just one particular parcel. Mr. Wilaeosky agreed and stated he would like to <br />amend the motion. Mr. Wila~osky moved that Council direct and support the action <br />of the Administration in directing the Building Department to inspect all the <br />parcels that have been moved, especially permanent parcel 23~--19-9 on Westminster <br />Drive, to determine whether tl~sse parcels have complied with the dir~ectivas of the <br />Board of Building Code Appeals and whether or not they meet the standards of <br />North Olmsted; and whether or not they are fit for human habitation, and if they <br />are not to taiga the nece~llary stags for condemnation. Motion seconded by Mrs. <br />Beringer. Mayor Qommented that the verq same thing that is propaseet in the motion <br />has been given to the ~ui$.ding Dept. to inspect all of these hoaeas and sake luxe <br />that they are either coepleted at the tide set by the ward of Building Cade <br />Appeals and this has already been done, and if this motion does proceed through <br />Council he considers it a direct affront to the Administration.
