An Ordinance authorising the lltyor of the City of l~rth Olntad to enter into an agresmunt with the State of Rio Dspaactm~t of Transportation for participation in federal funds for the relocation of City Dosed utilities in the path of Interstate 480 located within the City of lbrth Olmsted. Ordinance No. 76-49 introduced by Wis. Sharps was given its second reeding. An Ordinance amending Section 1331.04 of the Codified Ordinax~es of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Electrical Licea~ anal Fees". Ordinance No. 76-50 introduced by I~cs. She-rpe was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 1321.01 of the Codified Oacdinasces of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "General Building Fess: Contractor Registration". Resolution No. 76-51 introduced by Lacs. Basinger was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Services to advertise for bids for the installation of 860 2nial feet of 12" concrete storm sewer pipe an the south side of Mill Road between Porter Road and Dover Road in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 76-52 introduced by Mrs. Basinger was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Services to advertise for bids for the removal of tress from the City right-of-way on the south side of Mill Rd. between Porter Rd. and Dover Rd. in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 76-54 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $185,000 renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring real estate and interests therein as a site for the City's ~spital. Ordinance No. 75-55 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance transferring appropriations for current expense sad other expendi- tures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending Decesber 31, 1975. Resolution No. 75-56 was introduced by Mr. Coggin. A Resolution commending ach3°c#vgent of First Class Award in Girl Scouting. Mr. Coggin moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate reading:, seconded by Mr. West. Affirsative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Basinger, Sharpe, West. An Ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-8-9 being an assessment for meter lines and declaring an emergency.
