West. <br />Mr. Beaty stated he does not see the urgency to pass this on eatsrgemcy; feels <br />the ordinance was .tailor Bade for a specific area; and has a question with <br />respect to a Whereas stating aany buildings are being mowed onto vaadersized lots: <br />He does not think this ie true - there have been sole rsgsessts but hs does not <br />think many are being moved.
