Council Minuter of 5-18-76 -7- Resolution No. 76-39 introduced by Alt. Wilaaosky was given its third reading. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Aft. West. Affirmative vote: Deaty, Boshser, Coggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West. Motion carried. Res. 76-39 adopted. Ordinance No. 75-218 introduced by Afc. Coggin was given its second reading, as amended. Ordinance No. 76-44 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorising the sale of surplus buses owned by the City of North Olmsted and previously used by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Ordinance No. 76-45 introduced by Aft. Beaty was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing tbs sale of surplus personal property owned by the City of North meted and previously used by the Department of Public Services, as amended. Resolution No. 76-46 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the dedication of permanent parcel No. 234-13-8 for roadway purposes in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 76-47 introduced by Mr. Wilasosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance prohibiting the moving of buildings on existing lots within the City of North Olmsted where certain standards for building size and building lot size are not met, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Sharpe coved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Aft. West. Mr. Beaty stated he does not see the urgency to pass this on eatsrgemcy; feels the ordinance was .tailor Bade for a specific area; and has a question with respect to a Whereas stating aany buildings are being mowed onto vaadersized lots: He does not think this ie true - there have been sole rsgsessts but hs does not think many are being moved.
