An Ordi~ce authorising the City of Borth Olmsted, (Hilo, to join with other municipalities in litigation against the City of Cleveland with re#erd to water service; authorising the Suburban ~iatnr Task Force Coms~ittee of tree Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers As~iaton to coordinate efforts and receive and expend funds therefor; and declari an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Coggin. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, Beringer, Sham, Kest. Motion carried. Ord. No. 76-28 adopted. Resolution No. 76-29 introduced by Mr. Wilaaoeky wan given its second raaciing. A desolation authorizing tae Director of Pu~-Iic Service to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of sodium alumnate for usmm by the Service Department and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 7b-30 introduced by Mr. Klamosky was given its second reading. A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for gasoline, and authorising the Mayor to contract for same. Ordinance No. 76-36 was introduced bq Mr. West and gives its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the payment of $500.00 to Kurt Richards for a moral claim involving the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 76-37 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing a new t~iapter 1715 entitled "Fire Rydrants - Public and Private" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ord. No. 76-38, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, Beringer, Sharpe, est. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Certificate. Ordinance No. 76-38 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $34,300 Renewal Notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the gurpose of acquiring certain real estate and the building thereon on Dover Center Road as a site for the expansion of the Gity Building Complex. ,d..,:...,....u.
