Committee. <br />President Limpsrt referred ccasmncation pertaining to relocation of a ditch <br />on Burns ltd. to Mrs. Sari~,er, Cturi.r~ Streets b Drainage Cosseittes, stating <br />he believes a joist meeting of Streets b Drainage and Finance Comeaittees will <br />be set up. <br />Mr. Goggite referred to North Olastad Park and is Suswertime the Park is deluged <br />with automobiles parking along the aides and in between the big trees and over <br />the course of pears the roots on all of those trees have been brought to the <br />surface because of the iapact of the auto tires. It is getting to a fiat now <br />where he does not think it is going to be very long before w: lose those tress. <br />Mr. Goggia referred to cosv~ersaticw hs had with Service Director Caster aeY this. <br />Mr. Goggin requested Service Direct©r Caster to co~uct a survey to s~ r~ehath~rr <br />or not (1) we could place the cars that use the park in a parallel position to street <br />and see how many parking spaces we logs; and (2) take a look at fencing from the <br />tree line to permit only access from the street surface to the begw-1ag of the <br />trees. President Liapert requested to look into possibility of enlarging the <br />area around the Community Cabin for parking. <br />Mrs. Sharpe asked Engineer Childs if he has received co~unicatios fray Chrysler <br />Realty regarding Len Darin property and drainage problems. Mr. Childs stated <br />a meeting was held at the site sad arrived at one proposed plan for installing <br />a ditch that Chrysler likes and. we modified that again to make it more is li~ee <br />with what the City would like and there is another meeting yet to go to come up <br />with a final plan. <br />Mr. West moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Wilamosky, seconded by Mrs. Beringer. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Goggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West.
