Wi1I be able to have an analytical report ready far Council within
a few days. Are trging to arrange a meeting with RTA to get their comments on
which direction we should go;
2) re yesterdays storms - received 65 to 80 complaints and most of these were
on storm water backups; such things as street flooding; direct storm backups
into basements; many area drainage problems - complaints on swales, yard flooding,
etc. The sanitary backup co~rplaints were minimal and thinks this is directly
attributable to the maintenance program that is being pursued. Would like to
extend thanks to employees in the Service Department, Sanitary Systems Crew
and Wastewater Treatment personnel for all of their work.
Mrs. Beringer, Chairman Streets & Drainage Committee, scheduled a Streets &
Drainage Committee Meeting on February 25, 1976, 7:00 P.M., City Ha11.
Mr. Goggin, Chairman Recreation, Public Parks b Buildings, reported Committee
met on February 10, 1976, and discussed a fence around the Recreation property
and asked Bngineer Childs to get figures on 3900 ft. of fencing.
