Council Minutes of 2-3-76 -9- Under Old Business: President Pro Tsm Basinger referred into Lsgislatian Committee the letter from Mayor Christman with respect to Ord. No. 75-260. President Pro Tem Basinger scheduled a Committee Meeting of Council as a Whole on February 11, 1976, 7:30 P.M., City 8x11, to discuss priaritisa for the Consnuiity Dsvslopmant Block Gra~at.
