It is definitely dstsrioratiag at an accelerated pace <br />and he does not see anything in the Stets Legislature that looks as if they are <br />taking the actual steps to do anything on this. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. Coggin scheduled a itecrsstion Committee Meeting on February 12, 1976, 7:00 P.M., <br />City Hall. <br />President Pro Tem Basinger scheduled a Committee Meeting of Council as a Whole <br />on February 11, 1976, 7:30 P.M., City 8x11, to discuss priaritisa for the <br />Consnuiity Dsvslopmant Block Gra~at. This has to bs is by February 24, 1976, <br />and it is rscsd flat ere have a Public Heating and a Pulflic wring on <br />the Community Dsveiopmsat Block Grant will be held on February 17, 1976, at <br />7:45 P.M., City Hail, prior to Cousbcil Meeting. <br />President Pro Tew Sariagsr scheduled a maetiag of the Landmarks Commis~san on <br />February 14, 1976, ll:tf0 A.M., City Hall, and rmquiastsd the Clerk of Cowecil to <br />notify the members and hays the m~srs confirm their attending the s~setisg. <br />President Pro Tsw Sariager stated she has received a letter frow the Bicentennial <br />Commission of forth ©lasted in which they enclosed a list of pro~scta awl are <br />asking organisations sad individuals to sponsor one or mare of these prn~ects, <br />and requested Clerk to past same at City Ha11. <br />President Pro Tsw Sarin~er referred to communication frcns Ohio Lid Use Review <br />Committee in which invitation is extended to present views on the use of land <br />in Ohio.
