Council Minutes of 1-6-76 <br />-3- <br />Mr. Robert Thacmas, 4651 Canterbury Rd., addressed Council as to whether there <br />are plans to fence in the Rec Canter Cas~+iac to protect abutting property owetars <br />from people cutting through their yards. Notion carried. <br />Ordinance 110. 75-246 introdut+~d by I~cs. 3sringer was given its secermd reading. <br />An Ordinance repealir-g Section 705.03 entitled "Advertising Prices" of C~rapter <br />705 aatitled "Byeglsss Advertising" of the Codified Ordinsncu of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 75-249 introduced by Mr. Lippert was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution directis~ the Auditor of Cuyshoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1976 all tax mousy due a~ owing said City <br />from any collection source. <br />Resolution No. 75-250 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second ruing. <br />A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Safety to ad~nsrt#.se for bids <br />on a contract basis for janitorial services at the North Olmsted Rscrestian <br />Center Complex. <br />Resolution 110. 75-258 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution urging the Ohio Senate to adopt the provisions of Mctu~e Bill No. <br />475 relating to municipal participation in the renewal or trsaesfsr of iiq~r <br />per®i.ts. Mr. Beaty requested that Res. No. 75-258 be s+~t back to <br />Coasitttee and explained reascfns therefor. An Ordinance to make appropriations <br />for current expenses and other expenditures fox the City of North 0lasted, Ohio, <br />for the year ending December 31, 1976. Mr. bleat moved for susps~ion of rule <br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. St~srpe. Affirmetiw vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, 3sringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
