Council Minutes of 1-6-76 -3- Mr. Robert Thacmas, 4651 Canterbury Rd., addressed Council as to whether there are plans to fence in the Rec Canter Cas~+iac to protect abutting property owetars from people cutting through their yards. An Ordinance repealir-g Section 705.03 entitled "Advertising Prices" of C~rapter 705 aatitled "Byeglsss Advertising" of the Codified Ordinsncu of the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 75-249 introduced by Mr. Lippert was given its second reading. A Resolution directis~ the Auditor of Cuyshoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1976 all tax mousy due a~ owing said City from any collection source. Resolution No. 75-250 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second ruing. A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Safety to ad~nsrt#.se for bids on a contract basis for janitorial services at the North Olmsted Rscrestian Center Complex. Resolution 110. 75-258 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. A Resolution urging the Ohio Senate to adopt the provisions of Mctu~e Bill No. 475 relating to municipal participation in the renewal or trsaesfsr of iiq~r per®i.ts. Mr. Beaty requested that Res. No. 75-258 be s+~t back to Coasitttee and explained reascfns therefor. President Pro Tem 3sringer referred Res. ~. 75-258 to Public Safety, stealth & Welfare Cossrittee. .~,.~: Resolution No. 75-259 introduced by Mr.. Coggin was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Manners Subdivision in the C1ty of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 75-260 introduced by Mr. Lippert was given its second reading. Aa Ordinance adopting rules for notification of meeting to the public and news media, and declaring an erergency. Ordinance No. 76-1 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures fox the City of North 0lasted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1976. Mr. bleat moved for susps~ion of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. St~srpe. Affirmetiw vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, 3sringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirs~ative vote: Beaty, Boe~er, Coggin, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamoaky. Motion carried. Ord. Na. 76-1 adopted. Ordinance No. 76-2 was introduced by Mr. bleat and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorising the Mayor to enter into a contract for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the active and inactive accounts of the City.
