No. 7b-8 adopted. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. West gave a detailed presentation of the General Fund 197b fatisate and <br />as it compares to 1973, 1974 and 1975. Members of Council and Finance <br />Director Gerlach discussed same. <br />Mr. Beaty referred to Law Director Gareau Letter he received from an attorney <br />for the Country Club Goadominiums with respect to whetbex our ordinance an <br />dogs and other animals can be enforced since it is private property; and if <br />not, have requested that we consider something that wau2.d be enforceable <br />under condominiums. <br />President Pro Tern Saringer referred to letter from Mayor Christasn in regard <br />to property on Nap1e Ridge tact. which was referred to Finance Committee and <br />asked if ease had been discussed in Cooetittee. Nr. West safari he does not <br />believe it has been discussed in Cemmiittee.
