Council Minutes of 1-6-76 -4- <br />Resolution No. 76-3 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizins the Director of Pub11c Safety to advertise far bids <br />for additional Police Cossantications System. Nt. West regmested Ras. tlo. <br />76-3 be referred to Public Sat`ety, health S Welfare Coss~3:ttee, explaining reason <br />therefor. President Pro Tern Sarin~r referred Res. No. 76-3 to Public Safety, <br />Health & Welfare Cono~ittee. <br />Ordinance No. 76-4 was introduced by t!tr. Goggin and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting for d+~icat3on the Rlasson Dover Subdivision No. 2, <br />which includes Dogwood Trail and Lis#rood Circle, in the City of North Ohasted. <br />Ordinance Na. 7b-5 was intsoduce<1 by Nr. Goggin and given its first reacting. <br />An Ordinance accepting for dodcatoa the SDC St~divisioa, which includes <br />Dorothy Drive, I+iidvale Avenue end Northern Avenue, in the City of North Olsated. <br />Ordinance Pio. 76-6 was introduced by Nr. Goggin and given its fir:t reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting for dedication the Chrysler Subdivision, which includes <br />Willet Circle and Willet load, in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 76-7 was introduced by tor. West. A Resolution cc~mwending the <br />public service of President of Coil Francis J. O'Neill. Nr. West moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, second~t by Nr. Wilamosky. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Baslurer, Gctggin, Sari~ager, Ste, Hest, Wilasiosky. <br />Mr. West roved for adoption, se by Mr. Wilaaosky. No. 7b-8 adopted. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. West gave a detailed presentation of the General Fund 197b fatisate and <br />as it compares to 1973, 1974 and 1975. Members of Council and Finance <br />Director Gerlach discussed same. <br />Mr. Beaty referred to Law Director Gareau Letter he received from an attorney <br />for the Country Club Goadominiums with respect to whetbex our ordinance an <br />dogs and other animals can be enforced since it is private property; and if <br />not, have requested that we consider something that wau2.d be enforceable <br />under condominiums. <br />President Pro Tern Saringer referred to letter from Mayor Christasn in regard <br />to property on Nap1e Ridge tact. which was referred to Finance Committee and <br />asked if ease had been discussed in Cooetittee. Nr. West safari he does not <br />believe it has been discussed in Cemmiittee.
