Mr. Wilamosky moved for sFSSpension of rule requiring three separate <br />readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmsr, Fairfield, <br />Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. fir. Wilasoskg moved for adoption, secoaded'by <br />Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, Weft; <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-199 adopted. <br />Ordinance No, 77-200 was introduced by Mrs. Sharps and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Subsedtion ~D) of Section 1173.02 entitled "Permitted <br />Buildings and Uses" of Ct~a~rter 1173 entitled "General Retail Business District" <br />of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 77-201 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Oi.re~ctor of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for the hiring of the services for`independeat snow removal for the year 1978, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-202 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 381.12 titled "All Night Parking Restricted" of <br />Chapter 351 entitled "Parking Generally" of the Traffic Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-203 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to enter into an agreement <br />with the City of Olmsted Falls for the sale of surplus radio equipment no lonffier <br />needed for use in the Fare Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 77-204 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the S.H. Kleinman Realty <br />Company's "Garden City" Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-205 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance establishing <br />the organizational chart for the Law Department of the City of North Olmsted and <br />establishing the salaries of the members of the Law Department, and repealing <br />Ord. No. 77-113, enacted .Tuly 5 , 1977, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate refficlings, seconded by Mrs. <br />Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty', Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. ~~dvote <br />Mr. Wilamasky moved for adoption:, se~co~ed by Mrs. Sharpe. Committee; Res. No. 77-201 <br />into Streets & Drainage Committee; Ord. No. 77-202 into Safety Committee and Ord. <br />No. 77-203 into Safety Cos~mittee; Res. No. 77-204 into B.Z.&D. Cotiaaittee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mrs. Saringer referred to leaf pick-up and asked what to advise the people. <br />Mayor discussed same stating it depends on the weather - cannot really make a <br />statement. <br />Mr. West asked about tree planting. Mayor stated he could not say. <br /> <br />
