Lengthy discussion ensued. Mr. <br />Boehmer, Mr. Wilamosky, Mr. West, Safety Director Koharik and Mayor Christman <br />presented their views. <br />Mrs. Holly Hollister, 6023 Louis Drive, addressed Council and Administration <br />speaking on behalf of the residents of Louis Drive, requesting reconsideration <br />of the condition of Louis Drive and to make the necessary repairs before Winter. <br />Discussion ensued. Mr. Beaty, Mr. Fairfield and the Mayor presented their views. <br />Mr. Beaty asked if there are any funds available to be transferred into a fund <br />to comply with request of residents. Discussion ensued. Mr. Caster, Mr. Beaty, <br />Mr. Fairfield, Mr. Wilamosky, Mayor, Mr. West discussed same. Mr. Fairfield will <br />report back to Mrs. Hollister. <br />Mr. Paul Farkas, 451b Columbia Road, addressed Council with respect to the <br />resurfacing of Columbia Road. Also referred to Lutheran Association for <br />elderly housing and asked what progress has been made. Mayor Christman discussed <br />same. <br />Mr. Adam Sokolski, 4480 Columbia Rd., addressed Council regarding a cracked <br />sewer in front of his home and asked if this is going. to be repaired before <br />Columbia Rd. is resurfaced. Mr. Caster will check same out. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 77-143 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus gersonal property owned by the City <br />of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Services. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. <br />77-143 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 77-144 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for 2,000 tone of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for .same. Mr. <br />Wilamoaky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Fairfield, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 77-144 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-146 introduced by Mr. W1lamosky was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance <br />of bonds for the purpose of providing funds to purchase two ambulances and a <br />fire pumper for the Division of Fire of the Department of Public Safety, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilanaoaky eaoved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeba~er, Fairfield, Sharpe, West, Wilsssosky. Motion <br />carried. Ord.
