A Resolution authorizing and directing the I~tyor to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Comsissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds for participation with the County fa the improveas3nt of Clague Road, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance enacting a new section 533.11 entitled "Disseminating or displaying material harmful to juveniles" of Chapter 533 entitled "Obscenity and Sex Offenses" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and repealing Section 533.11 as previously adopted.
