Beringer was gives its second reading. <br />An Ordinance enacting a new section 533.11 entitled "Disseminating or displaying <br />material harmful to juveniles" of Chapter 533 entitled "Obscenity and Sex <br />Offenses" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and repealing <br />Section 533.11 as previously adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-170 was introduced by Mr, Wilawosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance approving a Memorandum of L~ctderstanding with the American Federation <br />of State, County and Mus-icipal Employees, establishing the reration for <br />certain employees in the Public Works Division of the Department of Public Service <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and repealing Ordinance No. 75,198 enacted September <br />2, 1975, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-171 was introduced by Mra. Sharpe. An Ordinance authorizing the <br />sale to the State of Ohio of an easement over certain real property jointly owned <br />by the Board of 8ducation of the North Olmsted City School District and the City. <br /> <br />
