<br />reasons for passing legislation under suspension of rules.

<br />Ordinance No. ?7-172 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe. An Ordinance authorising
<br />the sale to the State of Ohio of the City's interest in certain real property
<br />jointly awned by the Hoard of Education of the North Olmsted City School District
<br />and the City between the site of thi Spruce School and Stearns Road. Mrs. Sharpe
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiriDg three separate ret~dings, seconded by
<br />Mr. Boehmer. A~firmative vote: Beaty, Boshmsr, Fairfield, Sharpe, West,
<br />Wilamosky. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmax. Affis~ative

<br />Ordinance No. 77-173 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe. An Ordinance authorising

<br />Ordinance No. 77-174 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending Sections 1205.t?, 1205.02, 1205.03, 120507, 1205.09,
<br />1205.11; Section 1212.02 and Section 1213.01 of the Zoning Code of the City of
<br />North Olmsted and repealing the sale as previously adopted. President Limpert
<br />referred same into B.Z. & D. Committee.
<br />ihtder Old Business:
<br />Mr. Wilamosky discussed with Finance Director Gerlach the bond retiresient fund and
<br />purposes for which the fund may ba used.
<br />Under New Business:
<br />Mr. Beaty discussed the possibility of resurfacing Louis Drive; discussed
<br />rough estimate if City did the work and contractual estimate. Discussion ensued.
<br />Mr. Beaty requested legislation to advertise for bids for resurfacing of Louis
<br />Drive.
<br />Mr. Boehmer scheduled a Legislation Coteaeittee Meeting on Monday, October 10,
<br />1977, 8:00 P.M., City Aall.
<br />Mr. Boehmer introduced to CoLpncil hie niece in audience. Council recognised
<br />Miss Sue Kramer.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe scheduled a B. Z. ~ D. Committee Meeting on Wednesday, October 12,
<br />1977, 7:30 P.M., City Ra11, sad requested Building Cosimissioner Gundy sad
<br />City Engineer Childs to be in attendance.
