Council Minutes of 9-20-37 -ll- <br />Ordinance No. 77-160 was introduced by Mrs. Sharps and gt~ren ita~ first r®;ading. <br />An Ordinance accepting an ens t from l~tron Nameplate, Inc. for storm samara <br />in the vicinitp of Lorain Rd. located in the City of North Olmsted. Pres. Liaipert <br />referred Same into B.Z.D. Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 77-161 was intradxsced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />~ Ordinance accepting for dedication Timber Cove Lane, approximately 518.6 feet <br />located in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 77-162 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe. A Resolution accepting for <br />recording purposes only the Vilicka Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Mrs. Sharpe moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: ~a~aty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Ids. Sharps wad for adoption, seconded by dir. Beaty. <br />Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boeipwesr, Fairfield, Sarnger, Sharpe, West, Wiismosky. <br />Motion carried. Res. No. 77-162 adapted. <br />Resolution No. 77-163 was introduced by hrs. Sharps. A Resolution accepting for <br />recording purposes only the Austra~r Subdivision in the Gity of North Opted. <br />Mrs. Sharps moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Beaty. No. 77-1b3 adapted. <br />Resolution No. 77-164 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the King's Court Subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-165 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 2 (A) of Ord. No. 76-1ST entitled "An Ordinance <br />establishing the organization sad con~osition of the Police Department: salaries <br />and various bansEita for the meabers of the Polies Department: various rules, <br />regulations and employes rights and repealing Ord. No. 76-126 enacted August 17, <br />1976 and declaring an eas3rgency", which said ordinance was adopted by this Council <br />on Nove~er 3, 1976. President Lieapert referred same into Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 7?-166 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance giving the consent of the. City of North Oi~ted and authorising the <br />Mayor to enter into a Maintenance seed Forking llgrsement in the matter of the <br />improvement of Claque Road, and declaring as emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-167 was introduced by Mrs. Sariager and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of C~sissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County <br />Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Funds for improverent of Claque Road, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-168 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance enacting anew Section 533.11 entitled "Disseminating or displaying <br />material harmful to juveniles" of C~iapter 533 entitled "~scenity and Sea Offenses" <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and repealing Section <br />533.11 as previously adopted. <br />. gu1r9,4~4~k?F?r? <br />... <br />
