Wi2aaawcasky spas given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public $arvice to advertise for bids for <br />3,500 tons of salt seed authoria~ng the M~eyor to contract for sasMe, and declaring an <br />emergency. No. 77-145 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-146 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was gives its second reading.
