No. 77-130 is on first rwKd ttsti~lt; 2) Carlton Place Subdivision t+h3.ch is on second reading tonight mad Cosmittee has no objections; 3)the Francis J. McCrane Subdivision, three lots into four, and Res. No. 77-119 is on second reading tonight; 4) the Capital National Basic Surbdivsiaa -the realigning of lot lines for three existing parcels into tx-o lots. Ctr~#,ttee has no objections and R,es. No. 77-I21 is on second reading; 5) Ord. No. 77-124 accepting for ds~lication Jenkins Rosd iu the Jenltins Road Subdivision, end same is on seco:ad reading tonight; 6) Pine Subdivision impravesent plans consisting of ten lots and Com^Gi.ttee has no objections: Mrs. Sharpe moved Council approve the ingrowrsaant plans of Pine Subdivision, seconded by Mr. Beaty. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Bc~shmer, Fairfield, Sazinger, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. 7) Motorist Services District that was recomvended by Planning Coeisissioa on April 12, 1977. Is requesting legislation for next Council Meeting if at all possible; 8) Committee met with Mr. tbasdell of the U-Store It Campsny ~md discussed his proposal. This will have to be brought before Planning Cootwission but in order to avoid delay Mr. Amsdell met with B. Z.~. Committee on June 29th. President Lampert referred RTA Agressent into Transportation Committee. President Lampert referred letter from Service Director Caster with respect to repairs to a lugger into E"nvironmentsl Control Committee. Letters, Conauunications: Clerk read communication frost Robert Lord, President of the North Olmst~ Chamber of Commerce requesting Council to hold in abeyance tine third reading of Ord. No. 77-101: reason - to give the Chs~ber time to inform those businsssss that this ordinance will directly affect. Mrs. Sharpe asked Mr. Wilamoskp in reference to the three firefighters to be hired in the last quarter of 1977 if they will be adding three sore the b+tgiating of the year also.
