No. 76-152 enacted October 19, 1976, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-114 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. An Ordinance specifying fees to be charged upon ree~uest for a hearing before the North Olmsted Board of Zoning Appeals, and repealing Ord, No. 65-9~ enacted on April 20, 1965. Ordinance No. 77-115 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing the procedure to be followed with respect to applications for building permits within flood prone areas, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 77-120 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. An Ordinance ratifying and confirming the expenditure of $3,080.04 for emergency repairs for a Service Depart- ment 1974 Diamond Reo Packer Truck, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-120 adopted. Resolution No. 77-121 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Capital National Bask Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a new pump and parts to be used at the North Olmsted Sewage Treatment Plant and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mre. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Boelmuer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
