Ido. 77-$1, a resolution of cooperation between <br />the City and Community Couc-ci1 for purpose of adopting ~ official seal for the <br />City; Section 1, wherein the Mayor and ape Member of Council shall be included <br />on the panel of judges. <br />Mr. Wilamosky nominated Mr. Fairfield to serve as Council's Meaber to be included <br />on the panel of judges. Feels because of Mr. Fairfield's expertise not only in <br />art but graphics in general Mr. Fairfield would serve on the pa~ei very well. <br />Nomination seconded by Mrs. Beringer. President Lippert asked for any other <br />nomiaatioas -there were cone. President Lippert decla:ced nomination closed. <br />Roll Call on nomination of Mr. Fairfield to serve as Council's ~3ember to be <br />included on panel of judges: Affiraative vote: Beaty, Bower, Beringer, Sharpe, <br />West, Wilamosky. Abstained: Fairfield. Mr. Fairfield is Gouncil's Member to <br />be included on the panel of judges. <br />Mr. West woved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
