An Ordinance cresting a petty cash fund within the Police Department for the purpose of feedir-g prisoners housed in the North Olmsted City Jail and repealing Ord. No. 72-19. Resolution No. 77-86 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the repair of the roofs of the Building Department, Administration Building, Suman Resources Building and the Community Cabin Building and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-87 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. A Resolution authorising the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the repair of various sanitary sewer lines located within the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-$9 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise far bids for the replacement of hot water boiler in Pire Station No. 2 and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 17-90 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids to repair the roofs of Fire Station #~1 and Fire Station ~2 in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wila~sky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 77-93, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-93 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of providing funds for the improvement of Mill Road by constructing a storm sewer and removing trees for the construction of a sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 77-94, seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, West, W1lamosky. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 77-94 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance to provide for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the property owners' portion of the cost of improving Mill Road by constructing a concrete sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connectlon with Ordinance No. 77-95, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Pinance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
