No. 77-98 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-99 was introduced by Air. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other eenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending Decer 3i, 1977. <br />Resolution No. 77-100 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution adopting the budget of the City pf North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1978, and submitting the see to the County Auditor and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-101 was co-sponsored by Mrs. Saringer and Mr. West and given <br />its first reading. An Ordinance enacting a new Chapter 747 of the Public Regulations <br />Code of the City of North Olmsted"entitled "Water Pollution Control" requiring the <br />labeling of phosphate content of detergents, and providing a penalty for the <br />violation thereof. <br />Ordinance No. 77-102 was introduced by Mr. Wilamcrsky and given its first reading. <br />Ordinance adopting an organizational chart for the Administration to be headed <br />by the Mayor, as provided for in Article III, Section I through 5, inclusive, of <br />the Charter of the City of North Oim$ted, and in addition thereto, providing <br />positions for employees of this department, and repealing Ord. No. 76-112 enacted <br />September 7, 1976, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-103 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing the organisational chart for the 8ngineering Department <br />of the City of North Olmsted, and setting forth the compensation to be paid <br />employees thereof, and repealing Ord.
