Resolution No. 77-9b was introduced by Mr. West and given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to adw:rtise for bids for 50,000 gallons of sodium aluminats for use by the Service Department. Ordinance No. 77-97 was introduced by Ads. Saringer and given its first readies. An Ordinance authorising and directing the correction of an asse~s+t in the list of final assessments levied by Ordinance No. 77-21 far the 19`74 side+ralk program and declaring an emergency. President Li~-ert referred same into Streets & Drainage Cousnittee. Resolution No. 77-98 was introduced by AIx. Wilamosky. A &eaolutian awarding two issues of real estate acquisition bonds and an issue of sidexalk bonds, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-99 was introduced by Air. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other eenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending Decer 3i, 1977. Resolution No. 77-100 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution adopting the budget of the City pf North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1978, and submitting the see to the County Auditor and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-101 was co-sponsored by Mrs. Saringer and Mr. West and given its first reading. An Ordinance enacting a new Chapter 747 of the Public Regulations Code of the City of North Olmsted"entitled "Water Pollution Control" requiring the labeling of phosphate content of detergents, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof. Ordinance No. 77-102 was introduced by Mr. Wilamcrsky and given its first reading. Ordinance adopting an organizational chart for the Administration to be headed by the Mayor, as provided for in Article III, Section I through 5, inclusive, of the Charter of the City of North Oim$ted, and in addition thereto, providing positions for employees of this department, and repealing Ord. No. 76-112 enacted September 7, 1976, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-103 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the organisational chart for the 8ngineering Department of the City of North Olmsted, and setting forth the compensation to be paid employees thereof, and repealing Ord. No. 76-109 enacted September 7, 1976, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-104 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing an organizational chart for the Public Service and
