Council Minutes of 5-17-77 <br />-7- <br />Cossssnity Council for the purpose of adopting an official s:al far the Citq <br />of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-82 introduced by Mr. Boatmter was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establiahiag sn affirmative action prograas as it relates to <br />equal r:aploymeat opport~ity policies of the City of North Olmsted and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No, 77-83 introduced by Mr. r was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance suttsoriziag th+e Mayor to ear#er into an agreeaaent with the Cuyahoga <br />County Welfare Department for the purse of utilizing laborers involved is the <br />County Relief Program and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-84 was introduced by Mr. Fairfield and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Timer Trail Subdivision <br />is the City of North Opted. <br />Ordinance No. 77-85 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reasti;a<g. <br />An Ordinance cresting a petty cash fund within the Police Department for the <br />purpose of fesding prisoners tweed in the North Olmsted City Jail and repealing <br />Ord. No. 72-19. <br />Resolution No. 77-86 was introduced by Mr. Wlamosky and gives its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids fox <br />the repair of the roofs of the Building Depart>a<ent, Administration Building, <br />Human Resources Building and the Co»ity Cabin Building and declaring as <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-87 was introduced by Mr. West sad given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of P~lic Service to advertise for bids <br />for the repair of various sanitary sewer lines located wifii~in the City of North <br />Olmsted and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-88 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the repair sad recondi- <br />tioning of Fire Bttgine No. 4 which is presently being used by the North Olmsted <br />Fire Department and declaring an eaarergeacy. Mr. Boehaaer moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: <br />Baahmer, Fairfield, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Boet~r moved for adoption, <br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Fairfield, Sariager, West, <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 77-88 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 77-89 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />the replacement of hat water boiler in Fire Station No. 2 and declaring as <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 77-90 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids to <br />repair the roofs of Fire Station #~1 and Fire Station #2 in the City of North <br />Olmsted sand declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 77-91 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky sad gives its first reading. <br />An Ordinance to make agpropriatioue for current eytpenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North 0].>sue~ted, tNaio, for the year ending Decear~er 31, 1977. <br />
