An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds of the City of North Olmsted in anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the purpose of paying the pxoperty owners' portion of the cast of replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City, atstd declaring an emergenccy. Mr. Wilaa~sky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Baeh~mar, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Wilamosky mowed #+sr adoption, seconded by Mr. Fairfield. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wil~aoskq. Motion carried. Ord. No. 77-70 adopted. Ordinance No. 77-71 introduced by Mr. Beaty was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting an easement for a water main servicing the North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church ,located on the northerly side of Butternut Ridge Road from the North Olmsted Evangelical Friends Church. Resolution No. 77-72 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. A Reso]~ution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for repairing and replacing certain sidewalks within the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-74 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the purchase of four vehicles and the trading in of four vehicles for use by the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 77-75 introduced by Mr. Fairfield was given its second reading. An Ordinance establishing the complement of the R$creation Department affixing the compensation to be paid the m+smbers therefore, and repealing Ord,. No. 75-57 enacted March 19, 1975. Resolution No. 77-76 was introduced by ~Ir. Boehmer and given its first reading. A Resolution approving the report of the Assessment Equalization Berard on ob3ections relative to the estimated assessments for the Mill Road sidewakk improvement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-77 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. An Ordinance determining to proceed with the improvement of Mill Road from Portex Road to Dover Center Road by constructing a concrete sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-78 wad introduced Icy Mr. Fairfield. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Publi4 Safety to advertise for bids for the resurfacing of tennis courts in the Clague Rapd Park and d~aclaring an emergency. Mr. Fairfield moved for suspension of rule requiring thr~ae separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fa~,~field, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wila~sky. Mr. Fairfield moved.for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Fairfield; Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Nation carried. Res. No. 77-78 adopted. Resolution No. 77-79 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and gives its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Vienna Woods Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted.
