Counc+l Minutes of 3-1-77 -g- Ordinance No. 77-32 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of renewal notes in anticipatiion of the ' issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying part of the cast of constructing a Police Administration Building and clearing, landscaping and otherwise impzoving the site thereof, and declaring as emergency. Ordinance No. 77-33 introduced by Mx. Wilanosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make appropriations for currant expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1977. Ordinance No.. 77-34 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 2A of Ordinance 76-182 entitled "An Ordinance es- tablishing the Organizational Chart of .the Fire Department for the year of 1977 and thereafter, setting forth the ca~les-ent of the Fire Department, and establish- ing the salaries of the meters of the Fire Department while on duty for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-35 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting an easement fox the installation and maintenance of a water main for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to the Columbia Village Apartment. Resolution No. 77-36 introduced by Mrs. Beringer wan given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the Clague Road culvert reconstruction project in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 77-37 introduced by Mre. Sharpe was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes onlp the Gettling Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 7~-38 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with the City of Westlake for the purpose of providing sanitarq sewer services to 193 residential lots located within the City of Westlake, as amended. Ordinance No. 77-39 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting an easement from Spartico Di$enedetto and Ann DiBenedetto for a sanitary sewer easement located within the cities of North 01e~sted and Westlake. Ordinance No. 77-40 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An Ordinance vacating a sanitary sewer easement heretofore granted by the Blossom Land Corporation for the installation of a sanitary sewer partly in the City of North Olmsted and partly in the City of Westlake. Ordinance No. 77-41 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 911.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Charges Generally" which is a part of Chapter 911 entitled. "Sanitary Sewerage System Charges" and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mrs. Sar- inger asked if this will be referred to Committee. President Lampert stated he will refer legislation to Committee under New Business. Ordinance No. 77-42 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading.
