An <br />Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an <br />agreement with the City of Westlake for the purpose of providing sanitarq sewer <br />services to 193 residential lots located within the City of Westlake, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 77-39 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting an easement from Spartico Di$enedetto and Ann DiBenedetto <br />for a sanitary sewer easement located within the cities of North 01e~sted and Westlake. <br />Ordinance No. 77-40 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance vacating a sanitary sewer easement heretofore granted by the Blossom <br />Land Corporation for the installation of a sanitary sewer partly in the City of <br />North Olmsted and partly in the City of Westlake. <br />Ordinance No. 77-41 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Section 911.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted entitled "Charges Generally" which is a part of Chapter 911 entitled. <br />"Sanitary Sewerage System Charges" and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mrs. Sar- <br />inger asked if this will be referred to Committee.
