Council Minutes of 3-1-77 -9- Resolution No. 77-43 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. A Resolution urging the State of Oh~.o Department of Highways to expedite the construction of relocated State Route 252 within the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 77-44 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. An Ordinance granting rights to the Ohio Pipe as~d Supply Cospany for the installation and maintenance of a natural gas trana~isaion line to be located within the City right-of-way in the City of North Olautted. Resolution No. 77-45 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for walkie talkies for the Police Department of the City of North Opted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-4b was introd~iaced by Mrs.. Sharpe and' given its first reading. An Ordinance amending Section 911.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "i~tethod of Billing., Paynrsnt" of Chapter 911 entitled "Sanitary Sewerage System Charges" and repealing Sections 911.08, 911.09 and 911.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-47 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing eompensation to be :paid to the administrative and maintenance employees of the North Olmwted Municipal Bus Line, repealing Ordinance No. 76-143 enacted on October 5, 1976, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-48 was introduced by Kr. Beaty and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the bus drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus-Line and repealing Ordinance No. 76-142 enacted October 5, 1976, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 77-49 was introduced by Mrs. wringer and given its first reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described. improvement under the supervision of the Director of Transportation. Under New Business: Mr. West moved Council go on record as having the month of July far vacation, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Mrs. Saringer requested this b~ put off until next Council Meeting and explained reasons therefor. Mr. bleat withdrew his notion. Mr. Wilamosky withdrew his second. President Lampert referred into Finance Consni.ttee the following legislation: Ord. Nos. 77-41, 77-4b, 77-47 and 77-48. Mrs. Saringer questioned why Res. No. 77-23 was not on the Agenda. Clerk stated the legislation was held because the Engineering Dept. has not received the linen yet. Mr. West moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Fairfield, seconded by Mr. Boehmex.
