An Ordinance accepting three eases~ents for storm drainage facilities on Silv->~dale Road in the City of North Olmsted from Donald. F. and Wanda H. Cates. Resolution No. 77-18 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to ad~rtise for bids for liquid .chlorine to be used for chlorination of the swimming pools at the North Olmsted Recreation Center. Ordinance No. 77-19 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. An Ordinance regulating the disposal of building materials, scrap, and other refuse generated during the construction or reconstruction of dwellings, buildings or other structures. Resolution No. 77-20 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. A Resolution indicating the intent of the Council of the City of North Olmsted to accept for dedication Country Club Boulevard No. 4, in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 77-21 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given its first reading. An Ordinance levying special aasmmasrments for the replacement and repair of sidewalks at sundry locations in the Citq and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 77-22 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution urging the State of Ohio Department of Highways to abandon the proposed construction of the Stearns Road interchange which is incorporated into the construction plans for I-480.
