Ritceived a call in regard <br />to the State Warehouse - thee: people hays not been notified. Mr. Petre mentioned <br />in his report that he is going to notify the busin+a~sses along Lorain Road. Is there <br />some way of enforcing this ordinance so that these other people will be notified? <br />Mr. Logan said that it does take 30 days to became law, since there was no emergency <br />clause and therefore no one is negligent with reetpect to notifying people at this <br />point. Mrs. Petrigac requested that we make sure the people are not#fied then. <br />?~ayor Swietyniowski discussed Resolution No. 78--163 and offered to have a representa- <br />tive from NOACA meet with Council to explain exactly what the 208 Facility Plan is, <br />answer any questions, etc. Mrs. Beringer agreed to set up a meeting after dis- <br />cussion with Council l~iembers as to date and time. <br />rir. ?~lilamosky called a meeting of the Finance Committee for Monday, December t-, 1978, <br />at 8:00 P.M. and requested the Mayor and Finance Director to be in attendance as well <br />as any other interested department heads. Will be discussing the balance of appropri- <br />ations dated end of November and also upcoming appropriation and transfer ordinance <br />which hopefully will be completed for Mxt council meeting. Requested the Adminstra- <br />tion to provide substantiating data and information with respect to Ordinance No. <br />78161 and 78-162 which will also be discussed. <br />Mr. Boehmer called a meeting of the Public Safety, Health, and Welfare Committee for <br />?aednesday, November 29, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. and requested Safety A~.rector and City <br />Engineer to be in attendance to discuss what is going to be done at Lorain Road as <br />far as the left hand turn between Sparky Lane and Silverdale. ?Jould also like the <br />property owners and business people to be at this Meting. <br />President Lampert reported that he was in receipt of two letters from residents on <br />Plumwood Drive with regard to curb repair. ?dill discuss same with Service Director <br />in the next day or so. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for ad3ouxnment, seconded by Mr. tJilamosky.
