State of Ohio reduced the <br />speed limit to 40 MPH from Lorain Road east to Colua~-3e Road. Due to the not:sre of <br />the construction going on - particularly around Gxace Raad and Glague Road, requests <br />the Mayor to ask the State of Ohia to temporarily reduce the speed li~.t for the rest <br />of Brookpark Road during the construction phase of I-4$0. <br />Mr. Beaty discussed with the Mayor and Service Director the status of the snow re- <br />moval equipment for this year. <br />Under New Business: <br />tdrs. Saringer called a meeting of the Streets and Drainage Committee for Monday, <br />November 13th, at 7:45 P.M. at City Hall. <br />Mr. Boehmer called a meeting of the Public Safety Health and Welfare, and Transporta- <br />tion Committees, along with the Pittance G~smittee, far Monday, Noveember 13th, at <br />7:30 P.M. at City Ha11 and requested the City Engineer and Safety Director to be in <br />attendance. <br />Mr. Wilamosky called a meeting ofihe Finance Committee for Monday, November 13, at <br />City Hall, after the above meetings, and requested the Mayor and Finance Director to <br />be in attendance. Mr. Wilamosky requested the Finance Director to prepare a balance <br />of appropriations sheet for this meeting and requested that a list of all encumbered <br />monies be submitted on a regular basis. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved that Council approve the appointment of Mr. Brian K, Gorris to <br />the Planning Commission, seconded by Mr. Wilamasky. Roll call on motion: Affirmative <br />vote: Boehmer, Logan, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Beaty, Petrigac. <br />5 Ayes - 2 Nays - Motion carried. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved fax adjournment, seconded by Mx. Wilamosky. Affirmative wte: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 10:00 P.
