An ordin- <br />ance establishing the method by which fees for the use of the facilidas of the <br />Recreation Center are to be fixed, and repealing Ordinance No. 77-1$8, ~-d declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Logan moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings., ` <br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Mr. Wilamosky oommented that at this point in time he w~ar~ld <br />encourage Council to reject the suspension since Mr, yogau's r+aport indicated that <br />there was some controversy which was to be cleaxed up with ~. Bronc~er with respect <br />to the rates. Mr. Logan stated that the Recreation Commission two weoks ago did <br />approve the new rates and it is i~ortant that we have the rates adjusted quickly singe <br />schedules are being printed and the Fall Season is approaching; Mrs. Petrigac <br />commented that the contxoversial itea-s are not really controvererial, they are ire <br />.clarification and recommended that Council approve the suspension of rule requiting <br />three readings. President Li~ert commented that these are some of the things that <br />should be brought out in cauc~, when there is an emergency, so if there is a <br />question, we can discuss it at that time and work it out. On motion for suspension <br />of rule requiring three readings, affirmative vote: Boeh~r, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer. <br />Wilamosky. Motion carried.
