Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seco€1 by lbs. Saringer. Affirmative <br />vote: Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ordinance <br />No. 78-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-113 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. An ordin= <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North t77,~sted to pro- <br />vide for the elimination of a stop sign on Elm Drive where is same intersects with <br />Michael Drive. Mr. Boehmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wi~,aosoeky. Affirma- <br />tive vote: Boehnmer, Fetrigac, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Logan, 3aacinger. <br />3 Yeas - 2 Nays - Motion defeated. Ordinance No. 78-113 not adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-114 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of I~rth Olmsted to pro- <br />vide for the installation of two stop signs on Michael Drive where the same intersect <br />with Elm Drive. Ordinance <br />No. 78-115 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-116 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. An ordin- <br />ance aA,andng the Traffic Carol Map and File of the City of N©rth Olmieted to provide <br />for the is~tallation of three stop signs at the intersection of Brendan Lane and Elm <br />Drive. Mr. Boelwmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: <br />Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 78-116 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-lll introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance repealing Section 311.06 of the Cpdified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted entitled "Play Streets" of Chapter 311 entitled "Street ~-etructions and <br />Special Uses". Mrs. Petrigac moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky• After <br />much discussion as to whether this section could be used to cover Block Parties ~d <br />should be up-dated rather than repealed, President Limpert suggested that the action <br />and second be withdrawn, put it on hold for a date certain, and have the committee <br />look it over and make provisions fox Block Parties and have it spelled out clearly in <br />the ordinance. Mrs. Petrigac withdrew her motion and Mr. Wilamosky withdrew his <br />second. President Limpert referred Ordinance No. 78-117 back to the Safety <br />Committee and stated it would be brought up at the next Council Meeting of October i7, <br />1978. <br />Ordinance No. T8-118 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was giaen its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Magor to enter into a contract with the Cleveland Electric <br />Illuminating Company for the furnishing of street lighting and other electrical ser- <br />vices for the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilae~osky moved <br />for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Saringer. Affirmative vote: Logan, Petrigac: Saringer, <br />Wilamosky. Abstain: Boehmer. 4 Xeas - 1 Abstention - Motion carried. Ordinance <br />No. 78-118 adapted. <br />
