An ordinance establishing the method by which fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center are to be fixed, and repealing Ordinance No. 77-148, and declaring an emerp~er-cy. An ordin- ance amending Chapter 149 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Planning Coas~.ssion" by adding a new Section 149.02 entitled "Notice of Planning Commission Meetings". Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, seconded by Mrs. Petrigac. Affirmative vote: Boahteaesr, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamoskq. Motion carried. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamoeky. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 78-128 adopted. Mrs. SariN~er explai~ted for the benefit of the audience that prior to this legislation, the P1afstg Co~sdssion was not obligated to notify any affected residents in the area when sothiag was coming up. This legislation will permit the Secretary to the Planning Commission to notify the people on either side and across the street - the sage Notification procedure used by the Board of Zoning Appeals and Board of Building Code Appeals.
