Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saria~r, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Finance Director Brockman furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 7$-88 was fatroduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance to provide for the issuance of $110,OOt7 renewal notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and in anticipation of the issuance of bonds to pay the property owners' portion of the cast of constructing, replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks at sundry locations in the City, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 78-89 was introduced by Mr. Logan and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing and directing. the cancellation of special assessments, on certain permanent parcels and declaring an esmrgency.
