An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control ~ and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of two stop signs on &~gepark Hrv+e where Bdgepark Drive intersects Pine Circl.~. fit. r moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, se+cs3a~d by l~tr. Wihnwsky. Mr. Logan asked Mrs. Petrigac with re~apect to her discuasto~ts with the residents in that area if they have noticed any increase in police surveillance lira. Petrigac stated she has talked to both Safety Director Petre and the residents. Safety I3lrector Petre has given the dates of increased surveillance to Mrs. Fetrigac. The residents state the traffic has note decreased and the spending bw te~-t decreased. Discussion ensaed. Mr. Logan stated his reasons why he wot~].d prefer t legislation to go thru three readings; also-his concern that stop sites, as the 3afetp Director pointed out, do actually cause accidents in same axeas. Resolution No. 78-79 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting far recording purposes only Groveland Garden Subdivision No. 3 in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 78-80 #:ntroduced by Mr. ~+lilampsky was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the payaent of a moral claim to Kenneth Bisantz, Thcmtas Demaline, Al Cepic, and Kenneth B. K].em, ea~ployees of the Service Departaa~nt of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring as emergency. Resolution No. 78-81 was introduced by Mr. Wila~sky and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Di.rectar of Public Service to advesrtise for bide for various equipment to be used in the Service Department and authorizing the Mayor tp contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 78-82 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. An Ordinance establishing the or.zatton and co~apasition of the Police Department: salaries and various benefits for the ss~nbers of the Police Depart~ent: various rules, regulations and employee rights and declaring an emergency. ~._
