Esrtel <br />dba Vienna Constructic~o Co~pany f©r storm suers located in the Vienna Woods <br />Subdivision No. lA within the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 78-84 was introduced by Mr. Boeimler and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Servi,ee to advAartise for bids <br />for seven (7) new automobiles and authorizing the Mayor to contract for ease. <br />Resolution No. 78-85 was introduced by W3.lamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids. for <br />various equipment to be used in the Service Department and authorizing the l~yor <br />to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 78-86 was intrnduced by Dirs. Sharpe and gives its first feeding. <br />A Resolution accepting for xeeording purposes only Dorothy Drive Resubdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 78-$7 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Robert Gould & Dianne Gould <br />Subdivision in the City of I+~rth Olmsted. <br />President Lampert referred Res. Nos. 78-81, 78-84 and 78-$5 into Transportation <br />Committee: and referred Ord. No. 78-83, Res. Nos. 7$-86 and 78-87 into Building, <br />Zoning & Development Committee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mrs. Petrigac discussed with Service Director Corrigan request for bait stations; <br />also tall grass and weeds throughout the City. Service Director Corrigan explained <br />the bait supplies are supplied through County Health and are on back order and <br />when available will be put out: discussed the weed grogram in the City. Discussion <br />continued. Mrs. Petrigac will confer with Service Director Corrigan regarding other <br />requests. <br />Mrs. Petrigac discussed with Mr. Wilamoaky the fixed salary of school guards and <br />asked about possibility far a range. Mr. Wilamosky explained the Finance GmAeaittee <br />intends to re-evaluate all organizational charts with the hope of incorporating them <br />into one ordinance. At that time will make provisions for increases in 1474 for <br />the Administration to determine whether or not employees warrant same. <br />Mr. Beaty discussed with Service Director Corrigan the cost of garbage collection <br />to the City. <br />Mr. Beaty asked if anything has been done recently with respect to the sequency <br />of the light at Butternut, Porter ~ Lorain Rds. City Engineer Zurawski explained <br />some modification has been done to eke the flow of traffic much mare efficient <br />through that intersection: are not get through and are working with NOACA who <br />has made available to us a computer program. City ~gineer Zurawaki has been tall <br />by the Traffic Engineer at N4ACA and who ie working with this program that he <br />expects some preliminary results from this grogram by the end of the month. Once <br />that is done, a change in the hardware will be required and that will take some <br />initial time. City Engineer Zurawski cannot give a definite schedule. <br />
