Ordinance No. 78-80 was introduced by Mr. Wiiauasky and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorising tlur payment of a moral claim to Kea~-eth Bisantz, Thomas Demaline, Al Cepic, and Keauutth E. Rlem, ea~loyees of the Service Department of the City of North Olmsted, sad declaring sn emergency. Under Old Business: Mr. Wilamosky stated for the benefit of the audience with respect to the sale of bonds for Service Department equip~ent, the bonds would be in the amount of $330,040. and interest rate would be at S 1/8x. r
