<br />Mrs. Gladys Zipp, 2'9658 Lorain Road, addressed Council with respect to when the
<br />clock in the Chambers will be fixed.
<br />Mr. John Fairfield, 5059 Devon Drive, addressed Council on comaercial trash
<br />pickups; also gave his coxpasants regarding e~layees not rsorrkiitg eight hours
<br />but being paid for eight hours.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Ordinance No. 78-44 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinaacaa of the City of
<br />North Olmsted entitled "ltb, Safety, and Sanitation" bq adding thereto a new
<br />Section 521.10 entitled "l`fapasit of Sncyw, Ice, or Slush", ae amended. Mrs. Saringer
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. r. Mr. Logan asked Service Director
<br />Corrigan if he thinks this ordinance Moettd cause more of a problem than was
<br />experienced last Winter with private plolrers. Service Director Corrigan discussed
<br />same. He thinks the intent of the legislation is good; however, thinks there is
<br />going to be a problem, also a problem of ~forcement.

<br />Road in the aunt Subdivision in the Citq of Ntrrth 4latsted. Mrs. Shame me-vsd for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affi~gative vote: Beaty, Boehssar, Logan, petrigac,
<br />Saringer, Sherpa, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 7D-4b adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 78-48 introduced by Nr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the iee~anca of bonds
<br />for the purpose of iroving the recreational facilities of the City by constructing
<br />a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts and appurtenant
<br />facilities, eonstructt-g a ta~ggan slide., acquiring, developing and i~rovng the
<br />site therefor, and providing furnsi~tin~ and equipment for such recreation center
<br />and grounds, and declaring an ems-r~o-cy. Nr. Wilaaosky moved for adoption, seconded

<br />Ordinance No. 78-49 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance at~ending Section 1501.1501 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />North Olmsted entitled "Interest on unpaid tax" of Part Fifteen of the Taxation
<br />Code. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote:
<br />Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wlamosky. Motion carried.
