Council Minutes of 5-2-78 -7- Resolution No. 78-46 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the realigtssent of lot lines of permanent parcel Nos. 232-11-3 and 232-11-29 located on the south side of Lorain Road in the Hunt Subdivision in the City of l~lorth Olmsted. Ordinance No. 78-47 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe-was given its second reading. An Ordinance providing for the az~dns~nt of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the Gity of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from B Single Family Residence District to General Retail Buainess District. Mrs. Sharpe scheduled a Public Hearing on Ord. No. 78-47 on June 7, 1978, at 7:00 P.M., City Hall. Ordinance No. 78-48 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of improving the recreational facilities of the City by constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan slide, acquiring, developing and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings and equipment for such recreation center and grounds, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 78-49 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 15t?1.15ai of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Interest on unpaid tax" of Part Fifteen of the Taxation Code. Ordinance No. 78-50 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Section 921.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Opted entitled "Opening Fire Hydrant; Equipmesnt, Permit, Deposit and Refund" of Chapter 921 entitled "Water and Fire Hydrants". Ordinance No. 78-51 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red Sign" at the inter- section of Porter Road and Lorain Road thereby controlling traffic traveling in a southerly direction on Porter Road making xight hand turns onto Lorain Road traveling in a westerly direction. Resolution No. 78-53 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the repair of various concrete stxeets located in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded bq Mr. Wiiamosky. Mrs. Saringer stated reason for request for suspension of rule is time limit involved with respect to advertising for bids, etc. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Baehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Shaxpe, Wilamosky. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 78-53 adopted. President Limpert reminded Mrs. Saringer that any legislation in which suspension of rule will be requested shall be mentioned in Commits=e report.
