<br />Ms. Ann Burden, 29bb3 Huntington Drive, addressed Council with respect to the
<br />curfew ordinance and requested explanation. Safety Director explained the curfew,
<br />also euemptioas. Discussion ensued.
<br />Mr. Joe Zele, 2$064 Edgepark Drive, addressed Council with respect to refits for
<br />stop signs at intersections of Woodpark and Edgepark and Pine Circle and Edgepark.
<br />Lengthy discussion ensued. Safety Director discussed subject matter. Mr. Boehtaer
<br />to call a meeting to discuss same.
<br />Mrs. Gladys Zipp, 29658 Lorain Rd., addressed Council with respect to status of
<br />plan for beautification of Lorain Rd. Lengthy discussion ensued.
<br />Ms. Sandra Martel, 27776 Edgepark Drive, addressed Council with xespect to curfew
<br />ordinance being enforced on senior prom night, etc. Safety Director Petre discussed
<br />same.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Ordinance No. 77-126 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance to enact new Chapter 555 of the General Offfenses Code of the Codified
<br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted relating to noise and the control thereof,
<br />as amended. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative
<br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Ord. No. 77-126 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 78-43 introduced by Mr. Wilsky was given its third reading. A
<br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids .for
<br />the purchase of a new tar kettle to be used in the Service Department, and
<br />authorizing the Mayor to contract fox same, and declaring an emergency. Mr.
<br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ras. No.
<br />78-43 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 78-42 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading as
<br />amended. An Ordinance establishing the rate of compensation for school guards
<br />who are administratively eaployed within the Department of Police, as amended.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer,
<br />Sharpe, W3lamosky. Mr. Wila~osky moved far adoption, seconded by Mr. Logan.

<br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 78-42 adopted.
<br />Ordinance Na. 78-44 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading as
<br />amended. An Ordinance amending Chapter SZ1 of the Codified Ordinances of the City
<br />of North Olmsted entitled"Health, Safety, and Sanitation" by adding thereto a
<br />new Section 521.10 entitled "Deposit of snow, ice, or slush.", as amended.
