<br />projects: No. 1 priority -the Ssenio~r Center; No. 2 priority - restroom facilities
<br />at Barton & Bradley Rds; No. 3 priority - rks ojsct. A motion will be
<br />made under New Business With r+r~pect to f priorit#es. It was also the consensus
<br />of Council to request in addition to 1978 allocation of $117,390. that our 1979
<br />allocation be submitted to the Ci~T t~ris T so tit ~ could wave sher-a:l to
<br />construct the s~rior center. The fol.Iowia~g projects and aLlocati~s will b:

<br />Administration for the report ern the Stec CrLex and rsgwrsted Qacil as a Whole
<br />meet May 2, 1978, with the Adrrriinistratiean pr~ared the study, to discuss
<br />recaemrendations. Time of meeting is 7:30 P.M., City Hall. Fresident Limpert
<br />scheduled same.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe, Chairman Building, Zenrag & Development Comittee, stated there is
<br />a B.Z.D. Committee Meeting ~ April 19, 1978, ?:15 P.M., City Rall.
<br />People addressing Council:
<br />Mr. Paul Farkas, 4506 Colua~ia Rd., addressed Courrcii with respect to usage of
<br />Community Development Black Grant Funds, arrd a senior center. Discussion ensued.
<br />Mrs. Gamma Saabo, 30837 Bradley Rd,, addressed Council with respect to effective
<br />date of hourly wage increase of school guards; also discussed lack of reastroom
<br />facilities -permanent or temporary - at Barton & Bradley Rds. recreation area.

<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Resolution No. 78-24 introdueeel by Mr. Wi~epoaaky was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution urging the Legiblature of the State of Ohio to take immediate steps
<br />in amending the Ohio Revised Code with respect to the method of assessing real
<br />property. Mr. Wilamoaky moved for adoptiemr, seconded by Mr. Bee}ty. Affirmative
<br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosicy. Motion carried.
<br />Rea. No. 78-24 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 78-35 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance to appropriate the sum of $1,1100 from the Revenue Sharing Fund and to
<br />transfer said sumr to the Recreation Program Fund. Mr. Logan moved for adoption,
<br />seconded by Mr. Bauer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, r, Logan, Petrigac,
<br />Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Nation carried. Ord. Na. ?8-35 adopted.
