Mx. Beaty vexifed that ~u~cil will hens the final approval or <br />whether Council wishes. to use any entry. <br />Roll Ca11 on Motion: Affirsati~re vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, <br />Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Beaty, Chairman Intro Gover~eantal Relations ~ Legislation Committee, reported: <br />1) have added Res. No. 78-24 to the ageEnda, ~rhich urges the State Legislature to <br />take steps in amending the way oo~rsereial real estate is appraised; <br />2) scheduled a Legislation Committee meeting on April 20, 1978, 8:30 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Boehader, Chairman Bublic Safety, Mealtb ~ Welfare Committee and Transportation <br />Committee, reportac~: 1) will not report oia Transportation Committee meeting inasmuch <br />as Service Director Corrigan..covered stye; <br />2) the 'Safety Committee ~etandra~ aliquor transfer application for a C-1 <br />and C-2 to BirneBt R. 3ustiee wad tl~t L, U11om, dba Subs & Suds Pisa, ~611~i <br />Lorain Rd., and Co~mnlttee has no objections. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved Council dams not obj+~ct to a transfez a~plicaticm for a C-1 and <br />C-2 permit to 8r~dest R. Justice and ~d L. Ullom, dba Subs S 3uda Pisa, 2b114 <br />Lorain Rd., fro® RIF Corp., dba Saba ~ Spuds Parza, 2b114 Lorain &d. Motion seconded <br />by tar. Beaty. Affirmative voce: Beaty, Boeer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, <br />Wilamosky. Nation carried. <br />3) Mr. Boehmer xeferred to 175 watt light rerco~asaded for installation at walkway <br />between Gardenia and North Park and wout.d like to see Council aipprove same stating <br />reasons therefor. A joint ar~ting of B'inance and Safety will be scheduled to <br />discuss snare. <br /> <br />
