Council Minutes of 4-4-78 _7_ <br />Mrs. Sharpe asked City Engineer Zurawski tfie states-of the traffic signal at <br />the Rec Complex. City Engineer Zurawski tapiai~d here was a meeting with the <br />traffic engineering consultant on that prod:ct this week; is trying to move on <br />this as espeditously as possible and when a date is available will report out on <br />same. <br />Mr. Wilamosky requested Chairsan of Legislation Comotittee to include in agenda <br />at his meeting Res. No. 78•-2#. <br />Under ~vew Business: <br />Mayor Swietyniawski requested Legislation Comeittee to consider legislation <br />restricting the sale of BB guns, pellet guns, and firearms to minors under 18 <br />years of age and stated reasons therefor.. <br />Mrs. Saringer stated she has requested legislation requiring additional locks <br />on aparteeants, cossiercial buildings and new homes; however, bas been infox~ed by <br />the Law Director that there are areas that are in conflict with our Building Code. <br />Mrs. Saringer will delay each legislation until she has gone over same with the <br />Building Commissioner. <br />Mrs. Petrigac scheduled an Eavironratental Control Committee meeting on April 12, <br />197$, 7:15 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Boehmer scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting an April 10, 1978, <br />7:30 P.M., City Hall, and requested the Mayor, Service Director, General Manager <br />of Bus Line and President of Council to be in attendance. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky.
