Council Minutes of 3-7-78 -6- Ordinance No. 78-31 was introduced by Mr. Beaty and given its fir:t reading. An Ordinance ascending Section 163.05 entitled "Avman Resources Advtsary Board" of Chapter 163 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Opted entitled. "Department of Human Resources". Ordinance No. 78-32 was introduced by Mr. Logan. An Ordinance providing far the submission to the electors of the City of North Olsisted, a Charter Asr~dsuent amending Article I'D Section 5, dealing with the filling of vacsncies on Council, Mr. Logan swved for susgenaion of rule requiring three separate readiaags, seconded by Mr. Boehser. Mr. Logan discuee~ed time eleswnt with respect to haw~.ng this issue for the June primary. Mr. Wila~c-sky Questit~ned expense involved. President Limpsrt suggested ordinance be referred to co'sittee awl reported out on at next Council meeting. l~r. Logan withdrew hi=s ss-tion; Mr. Boehsscr withdrew his second. Mr. Logan placed Ord. No. 78-32 an first reading. Resolution No. 78-33 was introduced by Mrs. Petrigac and given its first read~.ng. A Resolution expressing an intent by the City of North Olmsted to cooperate with the Commissioners of Cuyahoga County concerning municipal solid waste disposal. Ordinance No. 78-34 was introduced by Mr. Logan and given its first reading. An Ordinance amending Section 743.43 entitled "prohibitions" of Chapter 743 entitled "Regulation of hours of deliveries to cos~ercial a:tablishmeats" of Part 7 of the Business Regulation Code of the City of North Olmsted. President Lampert xeferred Ord. No. 78-32 and Ord. 78-34, along with Mayor's recotmaendations for appointments to varioes co~amissions into Legislation Conmiittee. Under Old Business: Mr. Wilaaaoaky stated he would like to bring before Council the previous motion made at last Council Meeting with respect tp Council vacation. Mr. Wilamosky moved Council take the mouth of August as vacation, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Under New Business: Mr. Wilamosky scheduled two Finance Committee Meetings, on March 15, 1978, at 8:30 P.M., City Hall, and March 16, 1978, 7:30 P.M., City Aa.ll, and requested the attendance of the Mayor, Directors, and interested Members of Council. Under discussion will be the appropriation ordinance. Mr. Boehmer moved for adjvurnmsnt, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky.
