A Resolution acceptfng for recording purposes only the Margo Drive Resubdivisian in the City of North Olmsted. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adaptioa, seconded by Mr. Logan. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Bceh~ar, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamoskq. Motion carried. Res. No. 78-12 adopted. Ordinance No. 78-16 introduced by Mr. Boehsrar was gives its third reading. Aa Ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map amd Pile of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installstian of a traffic control signal as Lorain Road at the ingress and egress drive of the forth Opted Recreation Center. An Ordinance amending the Codified 4rdiasacess of the City of North Olmsted by creating a new Chapter 167 entitled "Department of Budget and Management" and declaring as emergency. Ordinance No. 78-23 introduced by Mr. Wihtmosky was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance of` bonds for the purpose of paging part of the cost of conatructa$ a Police Administration Building and clearing, landscaping and otherwise improving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 78-26 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading.. An Ordinance establishing the organisational chart for the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted, setti~ag forth the compensation to be paid employees of the Finance Department and repealing Ord. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described Improvement, under the super- vision of the Director of Transportation. Ordinance No. 78-30 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading.
