<br />Mr. Wilau~sky stated he wanted to have t'he opportunity to present his views to
<br />the governing authority at the hearing. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Logan. moved Council does not object to the ~-1 and C-2 liquor application to
<br />Brendans Fine Irish Imports, Ins., seconded bq l~rs. Petrigac. Affirsrstiwe v©te:
<br />Beaty, Boeh~rsr, Logan, Petrigac, Swinger, S'l~arp"~S, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky requested President Lampert to refer to Committee the responsibility
<br />of looking into the method of issuance of pl~rmits and information, if any available,
<br />for a better control. President Liagart referred same into Legislation Committee.
<br />Mr. Beaty and Mr. Wilamosky discussed coma+ents of the previous Finance Director
<br />with respect to personnel of the Finance Department.
<br />Under New Business:
<br />Mrs. Petrigac scheduled an Environmental Control Committee Meeting on March 8,
<br />1978, 7:30 P.M., on the two ordinances relating to noise and requested the Law
<br />Director, Safety Director, City Engineer Mra. Saringer to be in attendance.
<br />Mr. Wila~posky scheduled a Finance Coaa~ttea Meeting on February 27, 1978, 8:30 P.M.,
<br />City Hall, and requested Finance Director Brockman to be in attendannce,
<br />Mr. Beaty scheduled a Legislation Committee meeting which will be a point meeting
<br />with Finance Committee and Finance Director Brockman on February 27, 1978, 8:45 P.M.,
<br />City Aall.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Council take month of August for vacation, seconded by Mr. Boehmer.
<br />Mrs. Beringer requested a week to decide.
<br />Mr. Beaty moved Council postpone vote. to day certain of next Council Meeting,
<br />seconded by Mrs. S,,°xinger. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac,
<br />Saringer. Negative vote: Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Beaty moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beaty,
<br />Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Beringer, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried.
