<br />14rs. Sharpe, Chairman of Building, Zc?ning and Development Committee repozted:
<br />1) Committee met on March 7th with Itobert C. Hi11, a profeastonal planning service
<br />consultant. Aqr. Hill reeiwed with Committee the scope of wark, changea, pracedures,
<br />modifications to Zoning drdiaance, his cc?mpeneation atid time of gerfotuance. Will
<br />meet with Finance Committee te smme if budget esa find the funds aeeded.
<br />2) Committee then met wiCh Mr. Bob Perry of the Architectura]. Review Board. Mr.
<br />Perry is asking for the services of a sacretary €or the ARB. Cost again is a
<br />factor. Will also discuss this with Finance Committee.
<br />3) Committee also met wiCh Buildia$ Cammissioner GuQdy and discussed ths Rad-Air
<br />Company signs located at 24260 Torain Road. ARB and Planning Coun,i.ssion approved
<br />the sip,ns with recomaendati+€rns, which are to be iacluded in the approval as
<br />presented. Mrs. Sharge moved C,ounef,1 approve the Rad-A3,r signs and the recammenda-
<br />tions of the ARB be iacluded in Chis motioa, aecaaded by Mr. Logan. Affirmatiye
<br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Logan, Petr3.gac, garinger, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried..
<br />4) Committee discussed the aiga for 11rf's Family Restaurant located at 27195 Lorain
<br />Road. Sign has been approved by lIRB and Planniag Cvmatssion. Mrs. Sharpe maved

<br />14r. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Beatq, Boehmer, Logan, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe,

<br />ance No. 79-25 is being placed aA }atrld uatil date certain. Mr. llilamoskp's
<br />cammittee wou,1,d like to review this again before passage.
<br />2) Ordinance Aio. 79-27 has beea amanftd and will be placed back on second reading.
<br />3) Oxdinance No. 79-47 has been adcled to the agenda.

<br />Mr. John Maloney, 24782 Arlingtcrn Laae, asked if Ordinance Nos. 79-29, 30, 31, 32,
<br />and 33 had been passed at the Special Metting of Council of Mareh 15th. President
<br />Limpert advised that they were passad.
<br />rir. Lawrence Stubli, Jr., 27900 North Park Drfve, discusaed the placin of news-
<br />paper tubes on resicient's snailboxes as eavisioned bq the Clevelaad P14fn Dealer
<br />and Press. Much discussion ensued. Mrs. Petrigac, Chairman of Ettvironmeatal
<br />Control Committee will schedule am"t1ng of her comnittee, the concerned resi-
<br />dents on North Park Drive and hopeful2y a representative from the Plain Desler.
<br />Mr. Ed Ross, 24476 Noreen Drfve, also made conment re$arding the deliverp of
<br />newspapers. Feels this prcrblem slould be handled bq the residents thouselvea,
<br />and not necessarily proper for City Council to become involved.
